FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS
Food Truck
Food trucks are mobile commercial kitchens where cooking operations produce grease-laden vapors, high heat, and open flame hazards in a compact environment.
Kitchen hood fire suppression systems are designed to detect and suppress fire at cooking appliances, within the exhaust system (hood, plenum, duct) and manage fuel shutoff and ventilation controls to contain the hazard and prevent re-ignition.
Portable fire extinguishers, properly selected and sized for the hazards present, provide additional protection for small, developing fires.
